[AfSHG-Listserv] Abstract submission deadline extended: The 2011 Joint Meeting of the AfSHG and SASHG

Hello everyone,

This is to let you know that the abstract submission deadline has been extended 
to October 31, 2010. 

Please submit through the portal at: 
http://www.humangenetics2011.org/abstract.htm. 


As a reminder:

Oral presentations selected must be in English, no longer than 10 minutes 
duration, plus five minutes for questions. Posters accepted will be on display 
in a prominent  position throughout the conference.  Posters should measure 90cm 

(width)  and approximately 1.2m (height). Full  details for the preparation 
of  posters will be included in the abstract acceptance letter. 


Instructions for preparing the abstract:
    * Abstract must be submitted in English 
    * Abstract must be single spaced
    * Abstract title in boldface, sentence case and centered 
    * Presenting author to be underlined (please do not underline co-authors) 
    * Institution affiliations, city, state for all authors 
    * The superscript numbering must be in front of each initial and surname of 
each author
    * Where appropriate, the text may be structured using the following 
headings: Introduction or Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
    * Number of words for whole abstract (200-250, excluding Title, Authors and 
Institutions.
