AfSHG 2007 meeting - abstract notification
 
The date for notification of abstract acceptance for the next annual
meeting has been put back slightly, as the abstract submission deadline
was extended earlier this summer and hope that this does not cause any
inconvenience.
We aim to send out the notification by 22nd September 2007.
Please inform anyone who may have submitted an abstract but is not
currently on the AfSHG mailing list.
 
 
 
AfSHG Young Investigators Prize
 
Thank you to those who have indicated their intention to participate in
the Prize competition.
Could I remind everyone that this Prize is only open to young
investigators (see rules http://www.afshg.org/2007_prize_info.html) and
that we will need the following from participants:
   (i) a short Curriculum vitae (no more than two A4 pages including
publication list) and 
   (ii) a letter of recommendation by their supervisor or line manager
If you or your supervisor/line manager have not supplied these
documents to date then please send these directly to myself. I would be
grateful if you could clearly state your full name and title of abstract
when sending your CV and recommendation.
Should there be any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
